A contact is any person you keep a record of in Soniq Studio. A connection links two contacts. To add contacts and connections, see How to add a student and link a parent or guardian.
Kinds of contact

A parent or carer you create through Connections is an other contact. They do not appear in student lists.
Contact fields

New connections start as Other. The connection that receives the invoices also shows an Invoices label on the student’s page.
Who receives what

Contact portal family
When you select Create links, Soniq Studio builds the family from the contact who receives the invoices.
